The Lion City’s thriving dining scene just got even better with the opening of The Ottomani. Billed as “Singapore’s sexiest supper club”, it’s a Middle Eastern treasure for those in the know. The dark, sultry interiors are definitely noteworthy, but it’s really all about the food; the entire menu is based around fire and the bespoke wood-fired earth pit. Heavier meats are slow-roasted in the embers overnight for an exceptional (and traditional) flavour that you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
