With a promise to serve the food of modern-day Jerusalem, Palomar was one of the first “can’t get a table” restaurants I encountered when I moved to London in 2014. I’ve since been lucky enough to score a seat at either their bar counter right in front of the chefs or in the more intimate dining area with banquette seating.
