There never has to be a special occasion to have a good steak. Spoiled for choice with amazing steak options in Manila, I’ve only been able to find a handful in London that measures up. Goodman is one of them. With locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, and the City, Goodman’s chefs have strong relationships with farmers in the UK and US to ensure that only the most premium meat is served to its guests. Meat is dry-aged on-site and cooked in charcoal ovens with wood from sustainable sources to give their steaks a smoky flavor. The surf-and-turf combo I usually go for is the lobster bisque in tarragon and lobster crème Fraiche and the 150-day corn-fed USDA Angus rib-eye with a Stilton sauce.
