ASIAN STAPLES

Steamed fish or any fresh live seafood, sashimi, buns, dim sum, roast meats (duck or goose!), Korean barbecue, pho, spicy Thai curries and barbecues, and a selection of Thai fruits.

EUROPEAN FARE

Bouillabai­se from Nice, grilled French turbot, Indian food in London, seafood platter from Amalfi coast, from Amalfi Coast, fresh pasta from family-run restaurant­s, tapas and pintxos in San Sebastian, cochinillo, cocido, pata negra, and paella negra.
