While other skincare brands only target superficial levels, Fillmed Laboratories differs in its 360-degree approach to beauty with a pure focus on skin quality. Since it started in 1978, the brand has developed innovations like fillers, peels, cosmeceuticals, and polyrevitalization products anchored on the principles of cellular biology. It wants to create solutions that go beyond skin deep, regenerating and repairing from within.
One such innovation is New Cellular Treatment Factor (or NCTF), which uses a combination of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. Once injected into the skin, it will supposedly reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness, and increase radiance. Another innovation, the Nanosoft Needle, helps in administering the treatment. Its distinction as the smallest needle in the market at 0.66mm makes it easier to inject NCTF into delicate and sensitive areas.
Dr. Vicki Belo, the founder of the Belo Medical Group, is a fan of NCTF. A big believer in on what she describes as positive pro-aging, Belo says getting older should be celebrated and not dreaded. “There’s a way to age without looking aged. As we grow older, we become ever wiser and our outer beauty should evolve just as positively,” she says, adding that innovations such as NCTF allows you to age as gracefully as possible.
Another Fillmed creation is Gluconalactone Peels, which addresses age spots, fine lines and wrinkles by restoring dull, uneven complexion. The only exfoliating acid that acts as an exfoliant, Gluconolactone improves the barrier function and actively moisturizes, instead of drying out the skin.
Soon to be launched are Art Fillers, which is made using Tri-hyal technology. These gels originate from non-animal hyaluronic acid and have the best equilibrium from free hyaluronic acid, long-chain, and verylong-chain hyaluronic acid. This is best used injected into the dermis to fill wrinkles and give facial volume. The Skin Perfusion Line is developed to focus on skin quality and is a cosmeceutical range designed to maintain and enhance the results of cosmetic procedures.
