SOFITEL MANILA launches EasyPeasy, its first cloud kitchen concept
Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila introduces its first cloud kitchen, aptly named EasyPeasy, as it continues to bring popular specialties and present new gastronomic experiences straight to the discerning epicure’s doorstep.
Showcasing Sofitel’s flair for creating unique culinary offerings and expanding ways for guests to experience fresh and signature flavors, EasyPeasy is the first in a series of cloud kitchen concepts highlighting the expertise and creativity of its culinary artisans.
“Our regular patrons and all foodies alike are definitely in for a treat as we introduce EASYPEASY featuring comfort food specialties for when they are in need of a scrumptious pick-me-up, have no time to cook, or simply got hit by a sudden craving,” executive chef Bettina Arguelles shares.
Delightful favorites, beloved classics, and new specialties include Sofitel’s signature chocolate chip cookies, French croissant, pain au chocolat, a hearty pizza and pasta menu, Singapore’s popular Hainanese chicken, savory and spicy Thai red beef curry, Tex-Mex staple slow-cooked steak fajitas, and prime US-grade Rib Eye steak, just to name a few.
