GOLDEN TICKET
The invite simply said that we were to paint the town gold. By mid-morning, a chauffeured car had arrived to our homes and we were brought to a private hangar where a helicopter was whisking us, a group of select editors, off to a secret location.
When we finally landed in the lush gardens of Antonio’s Tagaytay, the surprises only got better. The Laura Mercier team, led by Shiseido Group General Manager Jen Jimenez Yalung, Laura Mercier Marketing Manager Lexie Lopez, Training Manager Yciar Castillo and Brand Manager Tiffy King, welcomed everyone to a private room decked out in gold and glitter. After a sumptuous five-course lunch overflowing with wine and champagne, guests were then given another treat—a shopping spree. Guests pored over the beautiful Laura Mercier Holiday 2019 Collection, which features the works of celebrated artist Kelly Beeman on select palettes— including a face and eye one that contains all the holiday essentials.
