Anew restaurant in Southern Metro Manila is firing up its ovens, ready to serve great pizzas, and a whole lot more. Located at Crimson Hotel in Filinvest City, Firehouse Pizza is a new retro inspired concept and experience that offers diners flavorful comfort food with a New Yorker touch.

Taking its cue from iconic pizzerias in New York, the restaurant is a promising hangout place where people can bond over great food in a laid-back atmosphere. Their selection of pizzas, which is their main attraction, are all made with a sourdough base and top quality ingredients ranging from authentic Italian cheese and fresh produce to savory meats.

All the elements of the pizza have been crafted to perfection to ensure diners get the full Italian-American gastronomic experience. The firm sourdough was developed by Crimson Hotel’s executive chef, Del Adora, and executive pastry chef, Benjamin Bourgeois. Meanwhile, the symphony of flavors were carefully curated by Adora and the hotel’s food and beverage team.

Each delectable pizza is baked to order in an open fire oven built specially for the restaurant, so everything is served to the table fresh and piping hot--just the way it’s supposed to be. flavor of prosciutto and piquant peppers with the tamed taste of arugula for a perfect contrast. Embodying the Big Apple in a single bite, the Times Square pizza is made of an exceptional mix of sausages, eggs, and artichokes. An underwater medley of shrimps, mussels, and squid are made more enticing with hints of garlic and lemon zest in the Seafood pizza. Aside from the generously-sized servings, Firehouse Pizza also offers an appetizing assortment of starters, salads, and ice cream to satisfy every craving. For those looking for a nightcap, there are also crafted cocktails expertly prepared at the bar.

Firehouse Pizza’s interiors transport diners to old-school fire stations-turned-restaurants in the bustling city of New York. The overall aesthetic plays up an urban vibe with a hint of nostalgia: brick walls, high ceilings, a menu made of marquee signs, concrete elements, and a vibrant red- and-white color scheme. Playful Dalmatian illustrations–a throwback to the days when the spotted pups were the official mascot of many fire departments in the East Coast–add a fun, whimsical touch. Metal chairs reinforce the industrial look, juxtaposed with wooden tables and shelves to bring warmth to the ambiance.

Say hello to your new favorite spot in the South. Now, dig in and enjoy a slice of New York’s finest at Firehouse Pizza.
