Somtel is prominently known for its unbeatable sunset view and upscale eYperience, but its in-house buffet restaurant and the al fresco dining scheme of their new food truck are refreshing and attractive reasons to drop by soon.

A CUISINE COMEBACK

After a two month hiatus, Spiral made a much anticipated return with the same tongue-tickling food and a keener eye on diners’ safety and health. Favorites from the east to west are back in a glorious harmony of navors to entice any and all foodies Filipino, $hinese, ,orea, 5hai, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Indian, Japanese, and French delicacies are bountiful. End things on a sweet note at the Patisserie, Boulangerie, and $hocolaterie to get a taste of dynamic dessert trends.

Sunsets by the bay are made more memorable with the Food 5ruck by Somtel. EYecutive $hef Bettina Arguelles showcases popular food truck fare such as tacos and burgers, smokehouse grilled specialties including smoked salmon, bellychon, and beef brisket, as well as sizzling platters such as classic sisig, sizzling gambas, and sizzling squid—all prepared à la minute. Making the evening more delightful are free-nowing local beer and soda as epicures celebrate the end to a bustling week.
