Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie

Bovet is the latest luxury watchmaker to join the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, following other recent additions Hermès, Ulysse Nardin and Girard- Perregaux. However, Van Cleef & Arpels has left the Geneva trade show, and Richard Mille and Audemars Piguet have both announced that the 2019 event will be their last. With 18 main exhibitors plus 17 independent watchmakers, SIHH has also started to put more emphasis on its SIHH Live forum of talks and panel discussions. This year it joins Baselworld in shortening its duration, from five days to four, but with longer opening hours.
