At first glance, this doesn’t appear to be a watch at all, but rather a highly ornate, lavishly gem- studded cuff in white gold – just what you would expect from the Italian master jeweller. But closer inspection reveals that a timepiece is hidden beneath the snake’s bejewelled head. The main part of the bracelet is set with deep- green malachite and diamonds, while the snake’s body is adorned with more diamonds and rubellites.
