Jacob & Co. debuted its spectacular Fleurs de Jardin watch at Prince Jewellery & Watch’s World Brand Piazza in Hong Kong in August 2019. Contained within a 42.5mm case set with 48 pink sapphires, the “garden” comprises 11 blooms made from blue sapphires, citrines, tsavorites, amethysts, orange garnet and ruby around a mother- ofpearl base, which fully rotate every 60 seconds. Its vertical manual- winding JCAM31 movement revolves every 10 minutes, with a butterfl y- shape fl ying tourbillon that describes a full circle each minute; only the time display of this beautiful timepiece remains stationary.
