IRIS HEALTH & WELLNESS FESTIVAL

Back for its sixth staging, this time at West Kowloon Cultural District, the Iris Health & Wellness Festival is a comeone, come-all event that encourages people to reconnect with themselves and with each other through yoga classes, meditation workshops, music and art. Afterwards, get stocked up on workout gear, skincare and healthy food and drink at the marketplace. Tickets are available for the day or the full weekend.
