EVERYTHING’S COMING UP ROSEWOOD

Continuing an ambitious expansion programme that sees luxury properties opening around the world, Hong Kong-based Rosewood Hotels & Resorts welcomed the first guests to its new Rosewood Phnom Penh last month. Comprising 175 rooms and suites, the hotel occupies the upper 14 floors of the tallest building in the Cambodian capital, and offers a panoramic, 360-degree view of the city from its stunning, cantilevered rooftop sky bar (pictured here).
