Since 2006, Perfumer-Creator François Demachy has enjoyed immense creative freedom in composing Dior perfumes. The fragrance collection already features 20 signature scents and others are soon to follow, as Maison Christian Dior has given him the opportunity to continue exploring fragrant territories that are as personal as they are audacious. From Grasse to Paris, he benefits from
Dior’s unique expertise, the finest flowers and the rarest ingredients to nourish his creativity.
With Maison Christian Dior, Demachy has created a warm and boisterous extended family of fragrances. Soft pink Rose Gipsy is an ode to Grasse’s queen of flowers; sparkling green Lucky reveals a modern lily of the valley, while golden Jasmin des Anges is a call for self-indulgence. Soft as a precious cashmere sweater, Thé Cachemire blends white tea with a hint of smoke and a touch of maté, while Sakura was inspired by a trip to Japan, interpreting the cherry blossom’s gently lingering, tender perfume with rosy nuances. These distinctive light florals are only available at specific Maison Christian Dior stores, which further adds to their desirability.
Ever since the house of Dior was founded, there’s always been a dialogue between perfume and couture. This relationship is now highlighted at Maison Christian Dior with an original collection of silk scarves made to be perfumed. This new fragrance ritual was inspired by Mitzah Bricard, Christian Dior’s muse and the personification of Parisian elegance, who wore a silk scarf tied at her wrist.
Inspired by her incredible style, the Mitzah collection houses 10 silk scarves that can be tied around your wrist, neck or hair.
Crafted by the famous French wax manufacturers Perron Rigot, each candle at Maison Christian Dior is a sensorial 70-hour journey of pleasure. A warm and welcome addition to any stylish home, they are housed in Limoges porcelain with a Dior grey artisanal enamel interior.
Among the eight candles available, Fève Délicieuse, Ambre Nuit, Bois d’Argent and Eau Noire act as a continuation of the eponymous perfumes, while other scents exist independently, such as Jardin d’Orangers and Figue Méditerranée.
Created in France at the Savonnerie de Haute-Provence, the soaps are equally luxurious. Rose Ispahan, Néroli Impérial and Amande Délicieuse transform day-to-day moments into instant pleasure, and the trio will expand into a broader collection.
The range of body creams at Maison Christian Dior features five unforgettable scents – Sakura, Jasmin des Anges, Rose Gipsy, Balade Sauvage and Ambre Nuit – each delicately scented with an ultra-rich balm that blends into the skin.
These one-of-a-kind fragrances, candles, soaps and body creams serve as perfect indulgences not only for yourself but also the special ones in your life. Painstakingly wrapped and customised in front of you, they are placed in smooth white boxes or bags with colourful strings, then tied up with ribbon after Maison Christian Dior miniatures have been added. Presents are further personalised with a gift card, with Maison Christian Dior’s wax seal adding the final flourish.
