For three nights only, cel­e­brated chef Seiji Ya­mamoto re­turns to the first over­seas branch of his award-win­ning Ni­hon­ry­ori RyuGin kaiseki restau­rant. Ya­mamoto and his Tokyo team pre­pare a 10-course din­ner at Tenku RyuGin for 120 lucky guests. The gala din­ners, held on Novem­ber 16–18, also mark the sev­enth an­niver­sary of the two-Miche­lin-star Hong Kong out­post.
