What? Helen Ma partnered with Hotel Indigo to present Muse Patisserie, an afternoon-tea pop-up open every Sunday afternoon on the hotel’s mezzanine floor. At the first such intimate gathering, Ma explained to the assembled friends and family that it was her daughter Shyme who had the idea for the sweet get-together.
