Tickling the taste buds

Hong Kong’s own Shane Osborn (pictured, at right), of one-Michelinstar European restaurant Arcane, is set to do our city proud as a contestant on Netflix’s newly released The Final Table. The global culinary competition features 24 elite chefs competing in teams of two and tackling the national dishes of nine countries, which are then judged by chefs, celebrities and food critics from the respective countries.
