Wagyu Vanne by Gosango is the lat­est yakiniku spe­cial­ist to set up shop here, tak­ing over 3,500 square feet in Cause­way Bay’s Tower 535. The brain­child of Tokyo-based celebrity chef Vanne Kuwa­hara serves up grilled beef, wagyu sand­wiches and a 10-course tast­ing menu.
