TL: I think I was late to the game on this one, but I have Tata Harper to thank for introducin­g me to multi-masking. It makes perfect sense" using di ٺ erent masks – at the same time – for di ٺ erent areas of the face. Now I use a clay mask on my T-zone, a hydrating mask on my cheeks and sheet masks under my eyes. Three masks in one, and I’m done in 15 minutes.

DC: I’ve started to exfoliate once or twice a week after workouts. Sweat opens your pores so you can get a deeper cleanse and rid all impurities this way. I can control the cleanse with Tatcha’s The Rice Polish Calming and add more or less water depending on the exfoliatio­n I need.
