RENDEZVOUS IN VENICE
Jaeger-lecoultre celebrates art and cinema with a Gala night
Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-lecoultre celebrated the art of filmmaking, and showcased its support for the cinema at the Venice International Film Festival for the 13th time. On 5 September, the maison hosted a gala dinner at the Arsenal of Venice, attended by Jaeger-lecoultre Deputy CEO Geoffroy Lefebvre along with distinguished guests such as Catherine Deneuve, Diane Kruger, jury member of the Film Festival Rebecca Hall, Italian actresses Cristiana Capotondi and Eva Riccobono, and director Vivian Qu, among others. Jaeger-lecoultre also honoured Catherine Deneuve for her unparalleled contribution to the art of filmmaking. The award was presented by actress Diane Kruger, a long-time friend of the brand. The ladies’ Rendez-vous timepieces were showcased in cinema-inspired installations with three new Rendez-vous Sonatina limited-edition watches stealing the spotlight.
