With a kaleidoscope of colours, Jewellery Theatre has presented jewellery and watches with a sense of drama and occasion for the past two decades — the company was founded in 1998. The creations from the Russian-british luxury brand tell magnificent stories set within a world of grand artistry and glamour.
With a heady mixture of luminous colours and innocent curiosity, Jewellery Theatre’s creations are seemingly remnants of times lost. And with a feat of goldsmithing and gem-setting, the pieces are as impressive as they are wearable. Thanks to the ingenuity of its design and skilful craftsmen, the humdrum of ordinary life is left behind in these little gems of miracles, which seem to transcend reality.
At times, the jewellery almost comes alive, to act out roles, as if in a play set on a stage. Baskets of precious fruits have inspired the designers; unlikely plants and animals are portrayed in precious gemstones; and childhood stories and magical characters out of Russian fairy-tales are transformed into rings, brooches, earrings, and necklaces.
