CRYSTAL JADE PALACE REOPENS
Following a three-month overhaul, Crystal Jade Palace at Takashimaya Shopping Centre has finally opened its doors. It now boasts a new look that’s sophisticated and contemporary, as well as a new menu created by Chef Martin Foo, the Group Executive Chef of Crystal Jade Group.
Amidst the elegant jade green and gold hues of the dining room, guests can expect elevated Chinese dishes like the Deep-fried chive stem pancake, the seductively smoky Stir-fried shredded fish maw with shishito peppers and black beans, as well as the Fried crispy rice and orzo pasta with prawn and shrimp – a delicious, textural marriage of East and West.
