DAVE PYNT TAKES ON THE MALDIVES

Chef Dave Pynt of Michelin-starred Burnt Ends embarks on a culinary adventure in the Maldives with the launch of the new barbecue grill restaurant called The Ledge by Dave Pynt at the recently opened Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi.

It’s all about smoking, slow roasting, hot roasting, baking, and grilling here, where guests can enjoy fresh seafood and the finest cuts of succulent, woodfired meats.
