MIN JIANG’S TRIUMPHANT RETURN

We mourned the departure of Min Jiang from its black and white home at Rochester Park, but today, we celebrate its beautiful return at the heart of Dempsey Hill. While its address and modern Chinoiserie aesthetic is new, familiar elements still remain. Master Chef Goh Chee Kong, who has been with the restaurant for 17 years, is still at the helm, cooking up dishes we all know and love, all while presenting creative new additions to the menu.

A selection of playful handmade dim sum taste as good as they look, while the Turbot Fish Served in Two Styles (deep fried with minced garlic and almond flakes, and stir fried with vegetables and truffle oil) is sure to be a crowd favourite with its irresistible textures. Of course, the Legendary Wood-fired Beijing Duck is a menu mainstay, with its crisp skin, delicate flavour, and succulent meat.
