3 Bottega Veneta has launched Bottega Radio, a new project in partnershi­p with UK radio network NTS. The fashion house is set to host a monthly radio series that explores musical soundscape­s, through collaborat­ions and conversati­ons with emerging and establishe­d musicians. 5 Chef-owner Jane Tan of Singapore artisanal Patisserie RÓA has created the first limited edition release for Mother’s Day – a five-layer Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake. Clothed in vibrant hues of raspberry-pink, the cake features its signature geometric exterior with debossed lines. Sitting on a layer of vanilla raspberry, a ganache-coated sponge cake is topped with raspberry compote that’s surrounded by a thick layer of raspberry mousse.
