超級凶宅

事發於1998年，一名內地騙徒於九龍灣德福花園C座 5 樓 1室內將山埃混入「符水」，供五人飲用導致她們身亡。該單位自此被視為超級凶宅，同層單位亦較市價低近兩成。

重置郵政總部

位處中環新海濱三號用地的郵政總局將遷往九龍灣宏展街，立法會剛於10月通過重置撥款申請。

校網

小學屬46校網，包括天主教柏德學校、浸信宣道會呂明才小學、佐敦谷聖若瑟天主教小學、佛教慈敬學校等；中學校網屬觀塘區，包括基督教聖約教會堅樂中學、聖言中學、觀塘官立中學、聖傑靈女子中學等；國際學校則有啟歷學校。

The “Super-haunted” House

In 1998 a mainland conman mixed cyanide into Taoist ‘charm water' and served it to five people living in Unit 1, 5/F, Block C, Telford Gardens, causing their deaths. The flat has since been known as a “super-haunted” house, and even other units on the same floor are selling at around 80% of the market rate.

General Post Office Relocation

The General Post Office, currently located on 2 Connaught Place, Central, will be moved to Wang Chin Street, Kowloon Bay. The Legislative Council passed the relocation grant application this October.

School Net

Kowloon Bay's primary school net is No. 46, which includes Bishop Paschang Catholic School, Conservation Baptist Lui Ming Choi Primary School, Jordan Valley St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School, and Buddhist Chi King Primary School. Its secondary school net belongs to Kwun Tong District, which has the Mission Covenant Church Holm Glad College, Sing Yin Secondary School, Kwun Tong Government Secondary School, and St. Catharine's School for Girls, among others. Kellett School, a British international school, also has a campus in Kowloon Bay.
