Carol is optimistic about the future development of Hong Kong’s industrial and commercial property market, and believes the city’s current entrepreneurial environment and fund flows are favourable for the development of industrial buildings. As a result, the company has been vigorously acquiring new projects, including the requisition and redevelopment of a 10,000square-foot property in Tai Kok Tsui. In the future, LOFTER will continue to develop in the Hong Kong market, particularly the urban areas; apart from purchasing properties in old industrial and commercial zones, the group will also bring new designs and smart technologies into traditional industrial buildings to elevate their market value.
