Ocean Pride
Located at 100 Tai Ho Road, this project was co-developed by CK Asset Holdings and MTR Corporation in two phases. The first phase, completed early this year, consists of 970 units in five residential blocks, with saleable areas ranging from 370 to 1,149 square feet, mainly two- to three-bedroom configurations. The second phase, Ocean Supreme, with a total of 1,436 units in four blocks is expected to be completed in June. Ocean Pride comes with a 43,000-square-feet mall that will open by the fourth quarter of this year at the earliest.
Vision City
Located at 1 Yeung Uk Road, Vision City comprises of five blocks offering 1,466 flats, mostly in a three-bedroom layout. The common podium is connected to Citywalk, with markets and parks nearby. Unit B in Block 3, a low-level flat with a saleable area of 668 square feet, was recently sold for HK$12.56 million or HK$18,806 per square foot.
Luk Yeung Sun Chuen
Completed in 1984, this large-scale development is located at 22-66 Wai Tsuen Road, providing a total of 4,072 units in 17 blocks, with saleable areas ranging from 445 to 582 square feet. Unit 5 in Block E, a high-level flat with a saleable area of 582 square feet, was recently sold for HK$8.78 million or HK$15,086 per square foot.
