The much-awaited K11 ARTUS is set to open in Q3 of 2019 and will become the K11 Group's first foray into private luxury residential developments. Once open it will sit beside Rosewood Hong Kong, placing it right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Most of the K11 ARTUS residences will be large suites featuring wraparound balconies which, combined with its iconic harbour views, makes K11 ARTUS a contender for one of Hong Kong's best sea view spots.

K11 ARTUS aims to redefine the luxury residence experience by providing Asia's first hybrid “Artisanal Home” concept with comprehensive hotel services and an inspiring environment for cultural creatives. All around its public spaces you'll find hand selected traditional and contemporary artworks promoting China's cultural heritage in traditional craft areas. To continue the historical traditions of salon culture that gather like-minded creatives, K11 ARTUS will also organise gatherings for its residents throughout the year led by prominent cultural figures, including playwrights, artists, designers, explorers and scholars.
