One Kai Tak

Completed in 2017, One Kai Tak is located at 2 Muk Ning Street and was developed by China Overseas in two stages, providing a total of 1,169 units, with saleable areas ranging from 368 to 2,414 square feet, in one- to four-bedroom configurat­ions. The Hong Kong Property for Hong Kong People scheme is applicable to this project, under which flat sales are only allowed to Hong Kong permanent residents through a 30-year period commencing from the date of the land grants.



Vibe Centro

Located at 9 Muk Ning Street, Vibe Centro was developed by Poly Property and completed late last year. It offers 930 units in six residentia­l blocks, with saleable areas measuring 228 to 2,703 square feet, configured in studio to four-bedroom flats. Unit F in Block 2B, a high-level three-bedroom flat with a saleable area of 860 square feet, was recently sold for HK$26.8 million or HK$31,163 per square foot.



Billionnai­re Royale

Situated at 83 Sa Po Road, this single residentia­l block was developed by Chinachem Group and completed in 2010, offering 212 units, with a clubhouse occupying the entirety of the sixth floor. Lau from United Properties Limited points out that the property belongs to Primary School Net 43, not the more popular 41 or 34. Unit 47B, with a saleable area of 1,014 square feet, was recently sold for HK$17 million or HK$16,765 per square foot.
