The Avenue
Located on 200 Queen's Road East, The Avenue was co-developed by Sino Land, Hopewell Holdings and the Urban Renewal Authority. It consists of four blocks, offering a total of 1,275 units ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments, plus a few special units. Sales took place in two phases in 2014 and 2015. The estate has a large clubhouse, a pool and a mall. A mid-level D unit in Block 1 Phase 2, with a saleable area of 456 square feet, was recently leased out at HK$27,500 per month or HK$60 per square foot.
One Wanchai
Located on 1 Wan Chai Road, One Wanchai was developed by Chinese Estates and the Urban Renewal Authority. It is a single apartment tower offering a total of 237 units, with saleable areas measuring 281 to 859 square feet, in studio to fourbedroom configurations. A high-level E unit, with a saleable area of 461 square feet, was recently leased out at HK$27,000 per month or HK$59 per square foot.
Bamboo Grove
Completed in 1985, this residential project is located on 74-86 Kennedy Road within a green environment. It was re-developed by Hysan Development in 2002, providing a total of 345 units in six blocks, with furnished or unfurnished units ranging from 986 to 5,964 square feet.
