Seanorama

Located at 1 Choi Sha Street, this new project was developed by CK Asset Holdings and was completed last September. It consists of six blocks, offering a total of 454 units, with saleable areas measuring 738 to 1,732 square feet, in three- to four-bedroom configurations, all with master suites. A mid-level unit H in Block 3B, with a saleable area of 1,222 square feet, was recently leased out at HK$37,000 per month or HK$30.3 per square foot.

Sunshine City

Developed in five stages by Henderson Land, Sunshine City is the largest estate in the district, supplying a total of 4,760 units in 20 blocks. A high-level two-bedroom unit 6 in Block F, with a saleable area of 363 square feet, was recently sold for HK$6.8 million or HK$18,733 per square foot.

Chevalier Garden

Located at 2 Hang Shun Street and completed in 1987, Chevalier Garden is a Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) estate near Tai Shui Hang MTR station, with a total of 3,942 units in 17 blocks and an overall effective rate of nearly 90%. Unit 18K in Block 9, with a saleable of 437 square feet, was recently sold for HK$5.28 million or HK$12,082 per square foot.
