How to use the Index Series:

If a luxury apartment in Mid-levels was transacted at HK$10 million in January 2017 using “Vigers’ Luxury Index” at 100, it would have appreciated to HK$13.5 million and HK$13 million, should the “Vigers’ Luxury Index” reach 135 by July 2018 and 130 by January 2019.
