According to the Education Bureau, School Net 34 covers Ho Man Tin, To Kwa Wan, Ma Tau Kok, Kadoorie Hill, Waterloo Hill, and the residentials of Oi Man Estate, Ho Man Tin Estate, Chun Man Estate, Dragon View, Cascades, Kwun Hei Court, Ma Tau Wai Estate, Chun Seen Mei Chuen, Majestic Park, Parc Regal, Lok Man Sun Chuen, Hillville Terrace, Horae Place, Jubilant Place, Sky Tower, Grand Waterfront, Celestial Heights, Kai Ching Estate and Tak Long Estate.

Do note when looking for properties that the area from Marigold Mansions to Yee Fai Building along Chatham Road North ranging west falls under School Net 35, as does Homantin Hillside which was selling in recent years.

Grand Waterfront

Among the various popular residential estates in this school net, To Kwa Wan's Grand Waterfront and Sky Tower are the more spacious. Grand Waterfront was developed by Henderson Land and Towngas, with five blocks providing a total of 1,782 units ranging from 320 to 1,350 square feet, the majority of which are two- and three-bedroom configurations. Most units enjoy sea views, and the estate has a residents' clubhouse with a shopping mall below it, but in recent years Grand Waterfront Plaza has been targeting mainland Chinese tour groups for custom, causing discontentment among residents in the area.
