Located at 23 Fat Kwong Street, this project was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and was completed in 2016 in two stages. It offers 520 apartment units and seven villa blocks, mainly in three- to four-bedroom configurat­ions. Saleable areas for apartments measure 885 to 3,173 square feet, along with two types of featured units. This estate is located at 18 Wylie Road, co-developed by multiple developers and completed in 2004. It offers 700 units in eight blocks, with saleable areas measuring 777 to 2,781 square feet, as well as featuring a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. Note that this estate belongs to School Net 31, instead of the more popular 34. A high-level unit C in Block 2, with a saleable area of 1,343 square feet, was recently sold for HK$4.2 million or HK$31,273 per square foot

Completed in 2000, this singular HOS property enjoys an elevated position on Sheung Lok Street, within close proximity to Ho Man Tin MTR station, and is dubbed as "the jewel in the crown of HOS flats". It offers 796 units, with saleable areas measuring 210 to 600 square feet, in mainly two- to three-bedroom configurat­ions. A middle-level unit 3, with a saleable area of 596 square feet, was recently sold for HK$7.5 million or HK$12,584 per square foot
