A member of The H Collection launched by Henderson Land, this singular tower at 571 Fuk Wa Street was completed in 2016. It offers 187 units, with saleable areas measuring 193 to 534 square feet, in studios to two-bedroom configurations. A mid-level A unit, with a saleable area of 315 square feet, was recently leased at HK$15,800 per month or HK$50 per square foot.
Manor Centre
Completed in 1986, this estate at 213 Un Chau Street consists of 721 units in seven blocks, with saleable areas measuring 274 to 322 square feet, mainly in two-bedroom configurations. It comes with a high effective rate of 80%, without any bay windows for better use of space. A 12E unit in Block 3, with a saleable area of 322 square feet, was recently sold for HK$5.78 million or HK$17,950 per square foot.
