According to the Land Registry, a total of 4,084 residential transactions and HKD 36.6 billion were registered in August, down 15% and 17% month-on-month, respectively. Primary transactions were down 30.8% m-o-m to 1,252 cases; secondary transactions were down 5.4% m-o-m to 2,832 cases. For August, the Luxury Index rose by 13.3% m-o-m. Over the same period, the Kowloon East Index, the Shatin-central Link Index and the Mass Residential Index reported a 1.1%, 1.2% and 1.4% m-o-m edge-up, respectively.根據土地註冊處資料顯示,2019年8月合共有4,084宗住宅成交,成交金額為366億元,分別按月下降15%及17%。一手成交量按月下降30.8%至1,252宗,而二手成交量亦按月下跌5.4%至2,832宗。2019年8月,豪宅指數按月升13.3%。同期,九龍東指數、沙中線指數及大型屋苑住宅指數則分別錄得1.1%、1.2%及1.4%的按月升幅。
