Squarefoot連續10年舉辦大型獎項「Squarefoot Best of the Best 大獎2019」頒獎典禮，於十月十八日在瑰麗酒店順利舉行。邀請了REA集團香港區總經理Kenneth KENT(第一行中間)、REA集團香港區銷售總監鄒碧華（第一行左二），及香港特別行政區政府投資推廣署助理署長蔣學禮博士（第一行右二）擔任頒獎嘉賓。今次亦邀請到香港地產代理商總會副主席潘達 先生及陳慧鈞女士出席頒獎典禮。獎項旨在表揚香港及海外房地產及相關領域行業精英過去一年的成就，並肯定他們卓越的服務質素，為行業定下新基準。Kenneth Kent表示：「房地產行業的卓越服務基準正在演變。隨著營運環境變化，昔日的優質基準，未必再能滿足今天的市場需要。業界要維持卓越的服務質素，絕不能忽視新世代用家的期望和關注點。」「Squarefoot Best of the Best 大獎2019」的結果通過網上投票和專業評審所得。獎項分為五大類別，包括「最佳本地地產項目」、「最佳大中華區地產項目」、「最佳國際地產項目」、「最佳地產服務」及「最佳家居生活品牌（專業服務）」，今年亦增設「優質地產代理」，嘉許業界的專業服務。本屆合共頒發約30個獎項、予香港及海外房地產及相關領域的專業單位和人士。請大家好好欣賞各得獎項目及服務的精彩介紹，與及優質地產代理大獎得獎者分享成功心得。
On October 18, Squarefoot proudly presented its tenth consecutive annual Squarefoot Best of the Best Awards 2019 at Rosewood Hotel in Hong Kong. Mr. Kenneth Kent (1st row, middle), General Manager, REA Group Hong Kong, Ms. Rebecca Tjouw (1st row, left two), Sales Director, Hong Kong and Dr. Jimmy Chiang (1st row, right two), Associate Director - General of Investment Promotion, Invest Hong Kong, The Government of HKSAR presented the awards to the winners, with Mr. Poon Tat Hang and Ms. Chan Wai Kwan, Hong Kong Real Estate Agencies General Association’s Vice Chairman also in attendance at the awards ceremony. The awards offered the opportunity to honour those who have played a pivotal role in helping thousands of people on their property journey. Mr. Kenneth Kent said, “Over the years, standards of excellence have been redefined in the property services sector. Against a backdrop of rising environmental awareness and digital transformation, consumers’ behaviour has changed. Customers now expect a more streamlined property-searching journey, as well as more environmentallyfriendly property solutions. In their pursuit of excellence, industry players need to offer more innovative services to address customers’ changing demands,” There were five main award categories, namely “Best Greater China Property Projects”, “Best International Property Projects”, “Best Local Property Projects”, “Best Property Services” and “Best Lifestyle Brands (Professional Service)”. Each winner of the five award categories was determined through an online voting system and underwent a judging process. A “Top Performance Agency Award” was also introduced this year to celebrate the professionalism of industry practitioners. Over 30 awards were presented to companies and individuals from propertyrelated sectors across Hong Kong, mainland China and overseas. This special section is dedicated to showcasing the award's winning projects and services while this year's Top Performance Agency Awards winners share their experiences and road to success.
