Italian Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno will be adding some seasonal sparkle to his dishes which include Duck Liver Terrine and Breast with Apple Compote, Roasted Beef Tenderloin and Alaskan King Crab. The Christmas brunch on December 25 will offer Christmas turkey while seasonal buffet specialties at Cafe Marco and Yuletide treats at Lobby Lounge will also be available. Santa might even drop in for a visit so make sure not to miss out.

On December 24, 25 and 31, Christmas inspired delicacies will be served at the Lobby Lounge; expect pan-fried seabass, citrus and warm salad and slow-cooked feef tenderloin, and the ever-popular chocolate chestnut yule log. On Christmas Eve, a children’s choir will sing carols in the hotel lobby.
