The Grand Marine
Located at 18 Sai Shan Road, The Grand Marine, developed by Grand Ming Group, is Tsing Yi’s latest offering in the primary market since its last development 15 years ago. The project offers 776 units in two blocks, with saleable areas for standard units measuring 299 to 808 square feet, in one- to four-bedroom configurations, along with featured units. Units at The Grand Marine has recently been put up for sale this year and will be completed in 2022.
Co-developed by CK Asset, Hutchison Whampoa and CITIC Pacific, in two stages in 1999 and 2000, this prime residential development atop Tsing Yi MTR station provides 3,500 units in 12 blocks, with saleable areas ranging from 432 to 1,229 square feet in two- to four-bedroom configurations, as well as some featured units. A high-level C unit in Tower 12 Phase 2, with a saleable area of 659 square feet, was recently leased out at HK$24,000 per month or HK$36 per square foot.
This development by Sun Hung Kai situated at 1 Fung Shue Wo Road was completed in 1990. It consists of 3,216 units in 11 blocks, with saleable areas measuring 365 to 501 square feet, mainly in two- to three-bedroom configurations. A middle-level B unit in Block 1 Phase 1, with a saleable area of 365 square feet, was recently leased out at HK$14,000 per month or HK$38 per square foot.
