Eaton Residences’ locations include Blue Pool Road and Village Road in Happy Valley and a third on Wan Chai Gap Road—all three properties boast convenient access to the city’s transport network as well as various business and entertainment hubs. Every apartment from Eaton Residences comes with services ranging from experienced housekeeping, reception to dedicated concierge services, similar to the ones you would find at high-end hotels. A nice extra is the complimentary coffee served every morning at the two Happy Valley properties, whereas the Wan Chai Gap Road location offers complimentary refreshments with daily bread, cupcakes, tea and coffee in the lobby every morning. In terms of facilities which are available across all three properties, guests can expect laundry and dry cleaning, fully equipped kitchenettes, broadband and much more.
The Blue Pool Road property is located in a quieter area of Happy Valley and is reachable in five minutes by taxi or a direct bus from the shopping area of Causeway Bay.
As its name suggests, Blue Pool Road features a swimming pool alongside other facilities such as a private 24-hour gym and onsite parking is available for lease. Apartment sizes at Blue Pool Road range from studio to three bedrooms. Located in the same district, its Village Road property is just under 10 minutes’ walk away from the nearby Happy Valley Racecourse; it also benefits from quick access to Causeway Bay and other nearby shopping and business districts. Apartments here are finished in a beautiful classy and modern interior with splashes of soothing green colours throughout. Though Village Road doesn’t have its own pool and gym, residents can head over to Blue Pool Road, which is approximately 10 minutes' walk away, and use its facilities if needed. Apartments at Village Road range from studios to one-bedroom suites.
The third and final property is Eaton Residences on Wan Chai Gap Road. Located a few minutes’ walk from Wan Chai MTR station, it is placed conveniently close to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Inside, the decor takes a simple and clean style, using wooden materials throughout. A gym and communal terrace are also available for residents. Apartments at Wan Chai Gap Road come in a studio and onebedroom suite configuration but are available in two different styles: Designer and Executive.
The minimum stay at the two Happy Valley properties is one month but be sure to take advantage of the early-bird booking (two months before check-in-date) to enjoy a 10% discount. Those looking for a shorter stay will be happy to know Wan Chai Gap Road is also available at a minimum of one-night booking.
