正東方 (震卦) East

今年五黃凶星到正東方，此是大災星，所以宜靜不宜動，切忌動土。化解之法，可以掛上銅風鈴，需發出聲音，效果才會顯著。如大門剛好開在正東方，宜放上金色或杏色地氈，掛上銅製門鈴。若在正東方遇上大型工程，需要增添銅麒麟一對作擋煞。

Wuhuang (Five Yellow), the Star of Misfortune, has moved to the east this year, so try to leave the east corner of your home alone and make sure that no construction takes place there. To dispel misfortune, you can hang a copper wind chime on the east side, but remember that it works better when it's actually chiming. If your front door happens to face the east, place a golden or beige rug and hang a copper doorbell by the door. However, if there is heavy construction taking place on the east side of your property, you need to bring out the big guns: a pair of copper qilin (a mythical creature in Chinese folklore) will do the trick to fend off the bad energy.
