Monti

Located at 9-15 Sai Wan Ho Street, Monti is an urban renewal project co-developed by Lai Sun Group and the Urban Renewal Authority. The standalone property offers 144 units in studio and one-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas from 264 to 386 square feet, along with a 2,414-square-foot resident's clubhouse and 6,458 squarefoot of commercial floor area. The developers launched the first batch of 50 units last August, with per-square-foot prices between HK$23,000 and HK$28,000.

One Eighty

Situated at 180-184 Shau Kei Wan Road, the singular tower was developed by the Lam family, providing 57 flats in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas from 164 to 332 square feet. One Eighty doesn't come with a clubhouse but with a gym and lounge. The first batch of 30 units was launched last October, with prices between HK$4.3 million and HK$11.1 million.

Lime Gala

Located at 393 Shau Kei Wan Road, Lime Gala was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, consisting of 650 flats across two blocks, ranging from studio to threebedrooms and saleable areas from 281 to 889 square feet. Featured units are also available. A mid-level A unit in Block 1A, with a saleable area of 489 square feet, was recently leased out for HK$22,000 or HK$45 per square foot.
