根據土地註冊處資料顯示，2020年2月合共有3,572宗住宅成交，成交金額為304億元，分別按月上升29.3%及22.6%。一手成交量按月上漲62.3%至1,016宗，而二手成交量亦按月增加19.7%至2,556宗。2020年2月，四項指數均繼續錄得跌幅，九龍東指數按月下降1.3%，而大型屋苑指數則按月減少1.0%；豪宅指數及沙中線指數指數分別按月微跌0.9%。

According to the Land Registry, a total of 3,572 residential transactions and HK$30.4 billion were recorded in February, up 29.3% and 22.6% month-on-month, respectively. Primary transactions increased 62.3% to 1,016 cases; secondary transactions increased 19.7% to 2,556 cases. For February, the indexes experienced moderate downward trajectory across the board. The Kowloon East Index decreased 1.3% m-o-m, while the Mass Residential Index registered a monthly decrease of 1%. Over the same period, both the Luxury Index and the Shatincentral Link Index saw a decrease of 0.9% m-o-m, respectively.
