The project was given pre-sale consent this January and initially sold to the market by tender in March. However, be aware of the slopes and retaining walls within the estate as landlords may have to bear the maintenance costs in the future.

Located at 663 Clear Water Bay Road, near Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, this residence was completed in 2018 and offers 680 apartments across 27 blocks, with saleable areas from 409 to 3,372 square feet in mainly three- and fourbedroom configurations. Featured units with rooftops, gardens, terraces or duplexes occupy more than half of the total number of units. Unit G5 in Block C, with a saleable area of 2,703 square feet, was recently sold for HK$56.37 million or HK$20,857 per square foot.
匡湖居
