www.shangri-la.com/hongkong/kerry The panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour is one of Hung Tong’s greatest assets, as the gallery of floor-to-ceiling windows capture the city’s signature skyline as part of the experience. When it comes to the food, Hung Tong’s menu brings novelty to traditional Cantonese fare, through the use of premium ingredients such as wagyu, Iberico pork, and an abundance of locally grown vegetables. Barbecued prime Iberico pork with maple syrup is Hung Tong’s way of revamping Cantonese char siu, and the tender pork is evenly-marbled with richness enhanced with the maple syrup glaze. The menu is all-rounded with well-portioned dishes for sharing. Stir-fried rice vermicelli with conpoy and egg is one such dish; the vermicelli is greaseless, while the fine shreds of conpoy are evenly distributed throughout fine flakes of scrambled eggs throughout. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of teas, brewed and frequently refilled at the table. Service at Hung

Tong are friendly, and at peak dining intervals service is smooth.
