Though a little on the outskirts from your typical bar and restaurant scene, this chic venue in slowly gentrifying Sai Wan is a cosy yet sophisticated place for a chill night with friends, especially given the easily shareable menu. Start off with one of their many Korean influenced cocktails or even refreshing mocktails on a balmy evening before diving into their fusion appetisers. For a moreish start to the meal, the Beauty & Beef is a crispy flatbread topped with juicy, top-grade bulgogi and sprinkled with bitter arugula for a wellrounded, shareable dish. If you’re stuck on the various delicious seafood pastas, ask for recommendations from the warm and knowledgeable staff or go straight for the lobster trio, a fragrant balance of lobster to udon with a spicy finish. Top it all off with their signature Pop Mountain, a salty-sweet dessert of caramelised popcorn set onto a mountain of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt at the table, is just as Instagrammable as it is delicious.
