www.parisianmacao.com The location of Brasserie requires diners to take a bit of a hike through the fashion-filled arcade, but the entrance welcomes you with warm hospitality and traditional brasserie design that transport you straight to the land of fine food and wine. It’s all convincing: the checked tiles and dark wood furniture; and evenly spaced tables and booth seating that stretches across the expansive dining room. Brasserie’s food and wine options are strictly French, with little contemporary elements added. Guests can enjoy a proper threecourse meal or nibbles to go with fine wines and cocktails. Starters are particularly strong, from pate to boeuf bourguignon and moules marinere, Brasserie impresses with the meticulous preparation of French classics. There’s also a particularly popular afternoon tea set, featuring a collection of classic pastries such as macarons and confectionery as well as savoury nibbles. Guests are strongly encouraged to book ahead for weekends.
