A bar loved by many for its refreshing take on mixology and intimate, buzzing atmosphere (expect to stand on busier nights, and don’t expect quiet conversation), The Old Man’s specialty are drinks that deliver intrigue as well as punch. Agung Prabowo’s creations include A Moveable Feast #1964, a clear cocktail that is a spin on the classic Bloody Mary that uses clams, seaweed, salts and seawater re-distilled with vodka. Each cocktail pays homage to Ernest Hemingway, making for some great stories—just ask.
